(+39) 045.601.32.07 &#8211; fax (+39) 045.75.00.480 &#8211; <a href=\"mailto:informazioni@sacrocuore.it\">informazioni@sacrocuore.it<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Location: Main entrance hall<\/p>\n<p>Hours: from Monday to Friday 9:00am-1:00pm<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Public Relations Office <\/strong>(URP) has the function of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>paying attention to users&#8217; expectations and needs;<\/li>\n<li>collecting comments and suggestions, praises and complaints for disruptions or conducts considered unfair by staff;<\/li>\n<li>providing information and guidance on the Hospital services and procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The patients and their accompanying persons may submit their communications as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Submission of a signed written communication drafted at URP head office, according to the scheme of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sacrocuore.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/URP-modulo-segnalazioni.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">reporting forms<\/a>, and here delivered by hand, sent by mail, fax or e-mail.<\/li>\n<li>Direct or telephone interview with URP operators. This procedure does not activate an investigation with written reply, but only an interest, and, when is possible, the direct solution of the problem. Where the facts reported contain elements requiring a timely verification may be necessary the formalization of report.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The URP carries out the necessary investigations involving the persons in charge of areas mentioned in the report.
