All three floors are connected by stairs and elevators directly to floor 0 and floor 1.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>How to reach the parking<\/strong>: from via Ghedini (next to the Casa Perez&#8217;s former entrance)<\/li>\n<li><strong>How much it costs<\/strong>: the first 15 minutes are free to allow fast operations (for example medical report pick up), 1\u20ac until the first hour (minimum fee), then 0,30\u20ac every 15 minutes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Do not pay<\/strong>: disabled people with mark and blood donors. The cancellation of parking is made at the reception.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>May access by car directly to &#8220;Ospedale Sacro Cuore&#8221;<\/strong> from via Salgari (parking ramp) in the following cases:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Disabled mark holders who must undergo tests\/examinations directly to Ospedale Sacro Cuore after check-in practices at main Entrance<\/li>\n<li>Accompanying persons who must bring into the car people with motor difficulties<\/li>\n<li>Pregnant women<\/li>\n<li>Night urgencies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>THE MEALS<\/h3>\n<p>The nutrition is part of care and is recommended to follow indications of physician and nurse staff. To mantain a balanced diet, it is suggested to not take non-prescribed foods.<\/p>\n<p>Approximately, the hours for distribution of meals are the following:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 breakfast: 7.30am &#8211; about 8.00am;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 lunch: 11.45am &#8211; about 12.00pm;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 dinner: 6.30pm &#8211; about 6.45pm.<\/p>\n<p>For special dietary needs please contact the coordinator.<\/p>\n<h3>FOOD COURTS<\/h3>\n<p>In Casa Nogar\u00e8&#8217;s entry there is a caf\u00e8 with the following schedule:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 From Monday to Friday 6.30am-6.00pm;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Saturday 7.00am-1.00pm.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore at Hospital entries there are vending machines for hot or cold drinks.<\/p>\n<h3>FREE INTERNET ACCESS<\/h3>\n<p>In the Hospital is assured a free internet access via wireless network.<br \/>\nClick <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sacrocuore.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/wireless_guest.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a> for login instructions.<\/p>\n<h3>NEWSPAPERS<\/h3>\n<p>At the Casa Nogar\u00e8 entry&#8217;s caf\u00e8 a wide selection of national and local newspapers and magazines is on sale.<\/p>\n<h3>HAIRDRESSER\/BARBER<\/h3>\n<p>Within Hospital is available a hairdresser who, besides her activity in Casa Nogar\u00e8&#8217;s (floor -1), may even go to hospital stay bed. Please request the booking directly to department staff.<\/p>\n<h3>MONEY AND VALUABLES<\/h3>\n<p>It is appropriate not to bring to Hospital large sums or valuables. However it is suggested, when moving from room, to carry money,documents and jewellery.<\/p>\n<p>Just outside the single Entrance there is an ATM (Automatic Teller Machine).<\/p>\n<h3>TELEVISION AND RADIO<\/h3>\n<p>In every department there is a living room equipped with television. Listening to radio is also allowed, but it is appropriate that equipment works at low volume to not disturb other inpatients.<\/p>\n<h3>SOCIAL SERVICE<\/h3>\n<p>In the Hospital is active a professional social assistance service available to inpatients who need it. This service provides indications and advice on:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 activation of practices for disability recognition;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 social security pathways INAIL (Italian state body providing sickness benefit to people injured at work), INPS (Italian Social Security Service) and legal disability;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 activation of home care services;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 identification of social-care and socio-health facilities available on territory.<\/p>\n<p>For information please contact the department coordinator.<\/p>\n<h3>PATIENTS FROM OTHER REGIONS OR STATES<\/h3>\n<p>The Sacro Cuore &#8211; Don Calabria Hospital is a public facility and does not need any authorization from its Local Health Authority to carry out admissions or outpatient services, any patient&#8217;s residence in Italy, etc. In case of urgent services, the European Union citizens owning a TEAM card are assimilated to patients residing in Italy.<\/p>\n<p>For information on administrative treatment of other non-Italian patients (regular or irregular), please contact the Humanitarian Aid Office (Casa Perez) or administrative Reception of Emergency Department.<\/p>\n<p class=\"pdf\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sacrocuore.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/assistenzastranieri_dpl.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Download the brochure &#8220;Health: everyone&#8217;s right health care in Italy&#8221;<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>STAFF UNIFORMS<\/h3>\n<p>They allow to identify by profession, qualification or job the staff members.
