Access modalities and hours

Before to carry out the sampling it is necessary to check in at the counters located at the groundfloor of single entry of the Hospital. We recommend to go 5 minutes before the booking hour, iundicated on the online booking or by the Telephone Booking Service without picking up the ticket by the “no queue” totem.
The patient may access the counters when on monitors appears his/her booking code
At the counter must be delivered:
→ the booking code
→ the physician’s authorization (without it the test cost is completely charged to patient)
→ the health insurance card
Once the admittance has been carried out please go up to the first floor by stairs or elevators n.63 and 64 to the left of entrance
The box access is indicated on waiting room monitors
At the box the green paper issued by the reception is mandatory

Normal sampling
→With booking: from Monday to Friday 6.00am-8.15am and on Saturday 7.00am-10.30am
Oral glucose load curve
→ Only with booking: from Monday to Friday 6.00am-6.30am
Biological sample delivery
→ Only with booking: from Monday to Friday 6.00am-8.15am and on Saturday 7.00am-10.30am
Pick up of containers
→ Without booking and without picking up of access code by no queue totem: from Monday to Friday 6.10am-7.00am
→ Online request
Sampling for vaginal, rectal and ureteral swabs
→ Only with booking: on Thursday and Friday 6.30am-8.00am
Sampling for cervicovaginal swabs
→ Only with booking: on Wednesday and Thursday 6.30am-8.00am. For pregnat women the swabs are performed in Outpatient Clinic (“Poliambulatori”) (floor -2 of main entrance following the yellow line)
Micologic samplings
→ Only with booking: on Tuesday 7.00am-8.00am
Serologic samplings for COVID19
→ Only with booking from Monday to Friday 6.00am-8.15am and on Saturday 7.00am-10.30am
