In order to control the quality of its services, the “Cittadella della Carità” opted for an advanced management system, named “IntegratedQuality System.

This system was implemented in a process of organizational improvement of all Operating Units, certified according to the regulations UNI EN ISO 9001  by the Bureau Veritas (http://certification.bureauveritas.it); the same body subjects each Operating Unit to periodic controls for monitoring the maintenance of quality.

The “quality indicators” are some of the tools helping to “measure” the quality in various ways.

The indicators of effectiveness and efficiency are reported in the “Product/service standard” of single Units and their monitoring allows to control that the Hospital continues to provide services according to quality standards, which has concrete relevance to the patient.
