Beyond the standard ultrasound checks during the pregnancy (see childbirth pathway), at the IRCCS Negrar Hospital is possible to access two screening tests aimed at determining with the greatest possible precision the specific individual risk of chromosomal abnormalities in fetus. These two tests are the Combined Test and the Harmony Test. It’s about non-invasive tests that don’t involve a danger for the baby. They are not mandatory, but are carried out only for requesting patients after information.
