MULTIDISCIPLINARY ONCOLOGY GROUPS (G.O.M.)
The multidisciplinary management of patients is carried out inside the Multidisciplinary Oncology Groups (GOM) where there are specialist figures involved in diagnosis, treatment, care and undertaking of patients: radiologist, pathologist-anatomist. surgeon, oncologist, radiotherapist, psychologist. Other professionals may be involved in particular situations, where their presence is necessary.
The meeting, divided according to the tumor pathology, are coordinated by an oncologist, pathology referent.

Seat of meetings. Meetings are held at the second floor of Anatomic Pathology or, if necessary, at the Meeting Room of Medical Oncology Unit (fifth floor – Don Calabria pavilion).
The meetings of TARE group are held in multimedia room of Radiology (first floor – Sacro Cuore pavilion).
