VISITING HOURS TO PATIENTS
  • Working days: 4.00pm-5.30pm / 7.30pm-8.30pm
  • Holidays: 11.00am-11.45am; 4.00pm-5.30pm; 7.30pm-8.30pm
  • In compliance with anti-infection regulations, since 3rd March 2020 visits to patients admitted in ward are not allowed
PATIENT CARE
  • The patient care is allowed only the day of operation and following day (beyond only in cases of major operations) by a single relative. Special situations are evaluated from time to by staff and head nurse.
  • Due to Covid19 pandemic, the patient care is allowed only in particular cases agreed with the ward direction, after nose-pharyngeal swab performed to person who assists the patient.
INTERVIEWS WITH PHYSICIANS

Interviews with physicians take place by appointment from 3.00pm to 3.30pm. In compliance with privacy policy, telephone information are not provided to persons not authorized by family or patient.

BEDS

The ward has 50 beds, of which 6 for Day Hospital. Every room is equipped with toilet, television, Wi-Fi connection and air-conditioning. Single rooms are available upon payment of hotel fee (click here for prices).

DISCHARGE

The time of discharge varies according to daily ward needs, but always after 2.00pm.

The patient is issued with documentation to be given to family’s physician containing discharge diagnosis, information on diagnostic investigations and procedures carried out, and therapy to be followed at home. In case of “reporting awaiting” tests (as histological test), information will be provided on deliver methods of missing medical reports. Request for medical record click here.
