Consent to samples storage

Before operation the patient will be provided with further notice and consent, supplementary to consent to processing of personal data, and only concerns the storage of surplus sample (after diagnostic investigations requested by treating or specialist physician) enabling further laboratory investigations as well as the processing of data and information aiming at pursuing research objectives in biomedical field.
