Activity

The Outpatient Clinic /Day Hospital is equipped with 7 clinics and 16 beds. Furthermore a psychological support is available. The activity carried out consists of treatment and care of patients requiring antiblastic drugs, supportive therapies, transfusions, paracentesis, thoracentesis, osteomedullar biopsies.

The Outpatient Clinic/Day Hospital is open 7.00am-5.00pm, from Monday to Friday.

A rehabilitation therapist for plantar reflexology treatments is also available free of charge for cancer patients. Such activity is made available by the association “Il paziente oncologico dell’Ospedale Sacro Cuore Don Calabria di Negrar Onlus”.

Since March 2020, due to COVID19 pandemic, the access to Outpatient Clinic/Day Hospital is preceded by body temperature control and Triage. The accompanying persons of cancer patients are not allowed, except for particular care situations.
